1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Service regulate the conditions of use for VIP transfer and transportation services provided by Sahinoglu Turizm Tas. Deri Gida Teks. Ins. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Sti. (“VipVito”) through vipvitotransfer.com.

By accessing the site, creating an account or making a booking, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Offered

VipVito offers airport transfer, intercity transfer, hourly car rental and special VIP transportation services. Professional drivers and well-maintained vehicles are used in all services. Our services are conducted in compliance with T.R. Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure regulations and UETDS obligations.

3. Distance Sales Agreement and E-Commerce

Bookings made through vipvitotransfer.com constitute a distance sales agreement within the scope of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Electronic Commerce Regulation Law No. 6563.

4. Booking and Payment

You must register on our site to make a booking. The booking is confirmed upon successful completion of payment.

5. Use of Personal Data

During the booking process, your full name, email, phone, Turkish ID number or passport number, gender and invoice information are collected.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15/g of Law No. 6502, transportation services that must be performed on a specific date or period are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Since our transfer service is a transportation service that takes place on a specific date and time, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the booking is confirmed. However, the following cancellation and refund policy applies.

Refunds are reflected on your credit card within 7-14 business days from the cancellation confirmation.

Smoking is not permitted inside vehicles. Transportation of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and the service will be terminated immediately. Compensation will be claimed for damage to in-vehicle equipment. You are responsible for the security of your account information; do not share your password with third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

VipVito cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic congestion, accidents, road works or weather conditions; flight cancellations or airport-related disruptions; the user providing incorrect information; or personal belongings left in the vehicle. All our vehicles are regularly maintained and our passengers are covered by travel insurance.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos and software on the site are the property of VipVito. Unauthorized copying and distribution is prohibited.

12. Dispute Resolution

This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction in disputes.

Under Law No. 6502, you may apply to Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Boards or Consumer Courts depending on the value of the purchased service.

13. Changes

VipVito reserves the right to update these terms. The current version is always published on the site. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
